On 1/11/23 at approximately 9:18 pm, KEVIN L. DUNCKER (age 25) of York was charged with committing the act(s) of DUI-2nd Offense while in the area of Cabin Creek Road and Nursery Road. Based on the incident an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
DUNCKER is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
