The victim reported that unknown actor(s) entered his vehicle and rummaged through it overnight. The victim reported that it does not appear that anything is missing at this point.

Incident Type:

The caller observed an unknown actor(s) looking through his neighbor's car in his driveway. The actor fled on foot when a motion light activated. The actor was described as a male subject, 6'0" tall, thin build, wearing a dark-colored long sleeve shirt or jacket and light-colored pants.

The victim reports that unknown actor(s) unlawfully entered his vehicle and removed a backpack containing several items. The victim later found and recovered the items a couple blocks away. The actor(s) apparently discarded it.

Incident Type:

Police were called to a reported assault at a home on the 1400 block of E. Market Street. As a result of their investigation one subject was cited for Disorderly Conduct and taken to York County Central Booking an unrelated detainer.

Police were called to a parking lot in the 1600 block of Second Avenue for a report of a possible fight and loud noise. As a result of their investigation, a 18 year old male was cited "underage drinking" and released to his parent(s).

Police encountered several people hanging out in Windsor Park in the 600 block of Windsor Street after it was closed. Three of the subjects were identified as juveniles and were taken into custody and turned over to their parent(s)/guardian. They were subsequently charged with a curfew violation.

Police were called to investigate an attempted burglary at a building in the 1500 block of E. Market Street sometime overnight. The victim reports that unknown actor(s) attempted to pry open two doors; one to an office, and one to an apartment in the building. The investigation is continuing...
