Disturbance involving an argument between a man and a woman reported in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.

1258:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute reported in the 300 block of Broadway.

1542:
Theft of electronic devices and money reported in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

1614:
Philip Moriarty, age 47 of Hanover, was cited for disorderly conduct and Brian Baughman, age 41 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following an incident reported on Center Square. Baughman was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office for further disposition. 

1833:
A charge of criminal trespass is pending against a 61 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

Harassment by communications involving unwanted electronic messages reported in the 300 block of Penn Street.
