The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 22-year old Chaz Underwood of Tower Road, Enola in August for Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Fishing Creek Road. During the traffic stop, Terry was found to be in possession of marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia.
