The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 31-year old Raven Righter of Bellevue Road, Harrisburg following a traffic stop in the parking lot of a local hotel off of Limekiln Road, New Cumberland on October 21, 2018. Upon speaking to Righter, the officer immediately smelled the odor of burned marijuana coming from the vehicle. The officer administered field sobriety testing to Righter and determined that she was under the influence and incapable of safely driving an automobile. The officer also found her to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Righter was arrested and transported to Memorial Hospital in York for a blood test and then to the York County Booking Center for arrest processing. The blood test proved that Righter had an impermissible level of THC in her system.
