Erbert Jackson was arrested on Monday May 20th, 2019. The Fairview Township Police Department was working with the United States Marshal's Fugitive Task Force to track Jackson down. The Task Force was able to take him into custody this morning at an address in Harrisburg City.

Fairview Township Police have an arrest warrant for 27-yr old Erbert Lee Jackson resulting from a drug overdose death investigation.
On May 16th, police were dispatched to a residence on Old Forge Road, New Cumberland, where an 18-yr old male overdosed on heroin. Attempts to revive him by emergency personnel were unsuccessful. The autopsy report indicated that the cause of death was Fentanyl Toxicity. Fentanyl is a very dangerous drug that is sometimes mixed with heroin and is responsible for many overdose deaths.
Through the investigation, police determined that the person who sold the heroin used by the victim was Jackson, who is also known as June.
Jackson is facing one count each of Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance, and Involuntary Manslaughter. He is known to live and travel between the Harrisburg and Philadelphia area,
