On April 5, 2018 at 3:38 PM the Fairview Township Police Department was dispatched to the 200 block of Ramsay Place, New Cumberland for a domestic dispute where a subject threatened another person with a gun. On arrival, police discovered that the dispute involved 19-year old Terron Doswell who also lived in the 200 block of Ramsay Place. Doswell was located outside the residence and taken into custody without incident. Doswell was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun as well as Percocet, a large amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a large sum of cash.
Doswell was transported to the York County Booking Center for processing and arraignment. He was charged with Possession of Firearm Prohibited, Firearms not to be Carried Without a License, Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Assault, Corruption of Minors, and Disorderly Conduct. Doswell was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haskell and remanded to the York County Prison after being denied bail.
