On May 11, 2018, Fairview Township Police were dispatched to an apartment in the 200 block of Quaker Circle, Lewisberry for a reported burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was discovered that it was actually the homeowner, 41-yr old Aaron Creamer, who locked himself out and broke a window in order to get back inside. Police smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the residence and a subsequent search revealed 3.5 pounds of marijuana, over 1000 grams of liquid marijuana, approximately 15 grams of powder cocaine mixed with ecstasy and assorted drug paraphernalia. The items were seized and his probation officer was notified, as Creamer was currently on York County Probation. Charges were filed against him for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On May 31, 2018, Fairview Township Police and York County Probation went to Creamer's residence to serve the warrant from the above incident. Smaller quantities of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were once again located. He was charged in this second incident with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
