The caller observed an unknown actor(s) looking through his neighbor's car in his driveway. The actor fled on foot when a motion light activated. The actor was described as a male subject, 6'0" tall, thin build, wearing a dark-colored long sleeve shirt or jacket and light-colored pants.
The victim reports that unknown actor(s) unlawfully entered his vehicle and removed a backpack containing several items. The victim later found and recovered the items a couple blocks away. The actor(s) apparently discarded it.
Police were called to a reported assault at a home on the 1400 block of E. Market Street. As a result of their investigation one subject was cited for Disorderly Conduct and taken to York County Central Booking an unrelated detainer.
Police were called to a parking lot in the 1600 block of Second Avenue for a report of a possible fight and loud noise. As a result of their investigation, a 18 year old male was cited "underage drinking" and released to his parent(s).
