On 4/8/21, Mr. Bryant was arraigned on the following charges at MDJ 19-3-01: 1/ 18 § 6111 §§ G4II (F3) Materially false written statement - purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm 2 /18 § 4904 §§ B M3 Statement Under Penalty A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.
On March 28th, a resident in the first block of E. Main Street in Dallastown filled his gas tank and parked the truck in his driveway. The next day he found that someone had siphoned the fuel from the tank overnight.

Case Status:

A residence on W. Maple Street in Dallastown was burglarized on March 29th. A door was broken to access the home while the resident was at work. Several thousand dollars worth of electronic equipment was stolen.

On the evening of Sunday March 28th a blue 2012 Chevy Silverado 4 door was stolen from Corbin Road in York Township. On Monday March 29th the truck appeared in the parking lot of the shopping plaza at 1900 S. Queen Street in Spring Garden Township. Investigation continues.

Case Status:

On March 28th at 5:30pm a large tree fell on two residences on Crestview Drive causing severe damage and trapping two people inside. The responding police officer saw that the back door had been screwed shut. The officer was able to unscrew the door and assist the occupants to get out to safety.
On 4/3/2021, Astrin was at Giant located at 1255 Carlisle Road, where she stole $26.94 worth of merchandise. Sarah Elizabeth Astrin was charged with 1 count of Retail Theft (S) on 4/4/2021.

On 3/15/2021, Ronnie Lee Walstrum was charged with 1 count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Officer (F3) and 1 Traffic Violation, as a result of a police investigation in the 2300 block of Carlisle Road.
On 3/2/2021, Jeffrey N. Snellbaker was charged with 1 count of Simple Assault (M2), as a result of a police investigation in the 2700 block of Butternut Lane on 3/2/2021.
On 1/26/2021, Debra Elaine Sipe was charged with 1 count of Theft by Deception (M1), as a result of a police investigation at 1800 Roosevelt Avenue.
